FIND THE RIGHT FIT
Uses & selection
Typical applications
- Chemical-service fibreglass tanks, process vessels and pipework using an approved corrosion-resistant laminate
- Ducts, scrubbers and linings where the resin grade matches the chemicals and temperature
- Boat components and marine repairs requiring a specified vinyl ester system
- Automotive composite parts and pultruded profiles made with process-appropriate grades
- Carbon-fibre laminates where the fabric sizing is compatible with the selected vinyl ester
Before choosing your pack
- For chemical service, give the chemical name, concentration, operating temperature and whether exposure is continuous, intermittent or splash-only.
- For marine or structural work, supply the laminate schedule and intended fabrication method; a hand-lay-up grade is not automatically an infusion grade.
- Confirm the named grade and whether it is supplied pre-accelerated before choosing any curing products.
- For carbon fibre, confirm the fabric manufacturer and sizing compatibility, not just weave or cloth weight.
