Coverage & preparation

The kit covers 20 m² as a planning guide. Rough or absorbent surfaces can use more product. Send your measurements and floor photos so we can help confirm the quantity you need.

The single-coat manual covers preparation, mixing the supplied components, roller application and cross-rolling for an even finish.

Surface preparation, tools and curing

Prepare your surface

The floor should be smooth, level, clean and properly prepared. Tell us about the existing surface or coating, cracks, uneven areas and moisture concerns.

Check tools and timing

Confirm any extra tools or preparation materials for your floor. Application, recoating and curing are separate stages; ask when foot traffic, furniture and normal use are permitted for your exact system.

Other colours and metallic pigments

The chart includes the brochure selection and Plain White. Ask about the full current range. Metallic pigments are an optional extra; confirm compatibility, available shades and any additional cost when we quote.

Use the current kit instructions, Technical Data Sheet and Safety Data Sheet for mixing, working time, ventilation and protective equipment.

PLAN YOUR PURCHASE

Before ordering your kit

Measure the full floor area, including alcoves and steps, and send photographs.
Tell us about concrete condition, existing coatings, moisture, cracks and repairs.
Choose your colour and confirm against a physical sample.
Confirm the current component quantities, tools included and any extra primer or repairs needed.

Nominal kit coverage is 20 m² on a suitable prepared surface. Texture, porosity, coat thickness and wastage affect actual coverage.

Preparation & application

Prepare a clean, sound, suitably dry floor using the system’s instructions.
Mix only the matching supplied components using their stated method and quantities.
Apply the colour coat evenly, then protect the floor for the stated cure period.

Floor preparation, levelling, repairs and installation labour are separate from the kit unless included in your quotation.
